Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We collect information you directly provide through the Services, including but not limited to information you submit when registering an account, updating your profile, accessing our content, making purchases, participating in sweepstakes, contests, surveys, or other promotional activities (collectively, Promotions), contacting customer service, or applying for a job. We may use service providers (as defined below) to collect such information.

The information we collect includes data that can identify you, relate to you, describe you, is reasonably associated with you, or is reasonably linked to you directly or indirectly. The following categories list the types of information we have collected in the past 12 months:

Contact Data: We collect your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data.

Credentials: We collect passwords and other information for authentication and account access.

Demographic Data: We collect demographic information such as your age, gender, and country/region.

Contacts: We collect contact data to fulfill your requests. For example, if you send a product to a friend via email or refer a friend through the Services, we ask for both your and your friends names and email addresses to ensure your friend knows that BleeqUp is sending them an email at your request. Information collected from you and your friend will only be used as described in this Privacy Policy. By using this feature, you confirm and agree that you have obtained consent from your contacts to allow us to use their contact information to fulfill your request.

Content: We collect the content of messages you send us, such as feedback and product reviews you write, questions and information you provide to customer service, or comments and content you may post on social media channels. For example, if you contact a customer service representative or advisor and provide information or submit requests through our Services, we will use your information to respond to your requests and to provide you with other information we believe may be helpful to you. We may also collect photos, videos, or other content you submit to us.

Employment Data: If you submit a job application, we collect necessary data to consider your suitability for a position, including your work experience, resume, transcripts, answers to questions listed on our job application or other forms related to your application, writing samples, and recommendation letters.

Government Identification Data: You may provide additional personal identification information such as images of your drivers license or other government-issued identification documents for fraud prevention. If you win a sweepstake, you may also provide government-issued identification numbers, such as your Social Security Number, for tax reporting purposes.

You may voluntarily submit additional information through the Services that we have not requested; in such cases, you bear full responsibility for that information.

Information Collected Automatically

BleeqUp automatically collects information about your device and how it interacts with our Services. We may use service providers to collect such information. The categories of data we automatically collect, including those collected in the past 12 months, include:

 Service Usage Data: We collect data about the features you use, pages you visit, emails and ads you view, products you purchase, your browsing duration, referral and exit pages, and other similar information.

Device Connection and Configuration Data: We collect information about the device or browser type you use, your devices operating software, internet service provider, device region and language settings, and other similar information.

IP Address and Device Identifiers: BleeqUp collects your IP address and other device identifiers, including mobile advertising identifiers. We use this data for various purposes such as assessing and diagnosing issues, improving our services, servers, and hosting providersoperations, analyzing trends and traffic patterns, gathering demographic information, tracking the date, time, and duration of each session on our website, preventing fraud, and personalizing our services and advertising.

Location Data: We collect data about your devices location.

 BleeqUp collects data through the use of cookies, web logs, web beacons, and other tracking technologies (now or developed in the future) (Tracking Technologies), including the following:

 Log Files: Our server logs automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type and language, and date and time of access. This helps us track user activity on our website and understand trends.

 Cookies: Cookiesare small pieces of information stored on your devices hard drive by your browser. We use cookies on certain pages of the Services for purposes including, but not limited to, analyzing web traffic, measuring promotional effectiveness, providing you with a more personalized shopping experience, tracking visits to our affiliates and partners, and enabling use of our shopping cart.

 BleeqUp uses cookies for various business purposes, including:

 Operation: Cookies are essential for using our services (e.g., our shopping bag) and accessing password-protected areas (e.g., your personal account).

 Analytics and Performance: Cookies collect information about how you use our Services and remember your choices (such as language or location) to provide enhanced performance and a more personalized experience.

 Customization: Cookies enable us to gather information about how our Services are used so that we can deliver content relevant to you.

 Targeting and Advertising: Cookies help us serve ads that are more relevant to your personal interests and limit the frequency of ads you receive. We also use cookies to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

 Social Networks: Cookies allow users to share our pages and content on third-party social sites.

 Web Beacons: BleeqUp also uses electronic images called web beacons (also known as pixels) within the Services. When you visit a site, video, email, or advertisement containing a pixel, it may enable us or others to place or read cookies on your browser. Pixels work together with cookies to track specific browser activity on specific devices. We may incorporate pixels from third parties to track conversions, deliver ads to you inside and outside the Services, and provide features such as linking our Services to your social media accounts.

 Device Fingerprinting: Device fingerprinting refers to the process of analyzing and combining information elements from your devices browser (e.g., JavaScript objects and installed fonts) to create a fingerprintthat uniquely identifies your device and applications.

 Location Identification Technologies: When you enable location-based services on your device, location-aware technologies may be used to collect precise location data. Location data may be used to verify your devices location and to provide or restrict relevant content and ads based on that location.

 We and others may use tracking technologies to collect some information over time and across services about your use of the Services and certain unaffiliated websites or services (as described below), to associate your use of different devices, and to deliver relevant ads and/or other content to you across both our Services and unaffiliated websites and services.

 Information from Other Sources

BleeqUp may obtain your information from other sources. If we combine the information you provide to BleeqUp through the Services with information we acquire from other sources, we will process the combined information in accordance with the practices described in this Privacy Policy and any additional restrictions imposed by the data sources. The following are categories of other sources from which we collect information:

We purchase demographic data from data brokers to supplement the data we collect.

 Social networks, when you reference our Services or authorize BleeqUp to access your data on one or more of these services.

 Financing providers who offer purchase financing, and financial service providers that process payments.

 Partners who provide co-branded services with us, sell or distribute our products, or participate in joint marketing activities.

 Advertising and marketing partners.

 Public sources, such as open government databases or other data in the public domain.

 

Use of Information

We collect and use your information for the business and commercial purposes described in this Privacy Policy. The business purposes for which we collect and use information (including those within the past 12 months) include:

Sharing of Information

We share your information in accordance with the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Over the past 12 months, we have disclosed information to the following entities:

 Service Providers. We share your information with agents, contractors, and other service providers (collectively, Service Providers) who perform work on our behalf. Our Service Providers receive your information only to the extent necessary to perform their functions and are not authorized to use such information for any purpose other than those specified by BleeqUp. We provide Service Providers only with the information needed to fulfill the requested services, products, or transactions and contractually prohibit them from retaining, using, or disclosing your information for any purpose other than providing services to us. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may permit our Service Providers to use aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you for other purposes.

Affiliates. We may share your information with our affiliated entities, including our parent company and sister companies. For example, we may share your information with affiliates for business purposes such as customer support, marketing, and technical operations.

Business Partners. We may share your information with our business partners to provide co-branded services, sell or distribute our products, or conduct joint marketing activities. For example, we may share your information with business partners to offer co-branded products or services we provide.

 Special Events. If you choose to participate in special events (such as promotions), BleeqUp may share your information with the organizations involved in those events. Typically, these organizations will not use your information for any purpose other than managing the event. In some cases, these promotional partners may send you marketing materials about their products and services. By participating in a promotion, you agree to the official rules of the promotion and, except where prohibited by applicable law, allow sponsors and/or other organizations to use your name, voice, and/or likeness or other submitted content in advertising or marketing materials.

Feedback, Recommendations, and User-Provided Content. If you provide feedback or recommendations regarding our services or BleeqUp products, or submit other user-generated content (such as photos or videos), we may post and share that feedback, recommendations, or user content (including your information) on our services, with partners, or in marketing and promotional materials. We reserve the right to edit the length and content of such feedback, recommendations, or user content at our discretion. Assisting with Requests. To assist in handling your requests, we may share your information with other parties (for example, when you choose to share information about your activity on the services with social networks).

Vendors and Other Parties. We share information with vendors and other parties for business purposes. For example, if we need to ship products to you, we must share your name and address with shipping companies. Vendors also include web hosting companies, shipping and fulfillment companies (e.g., those responsible for delivering or fulfilling product orders), assemblers, insurers, data analytics firms, analytics and advertising technology companies, affiliates, customer service providers, consulting or marketing firms/providers, accounting, bookkeeping or law firms, financial services companies, and technology companies (including but not limited to enterprise application companies, providers of electronic communication technologies, and data storage providers). Additionally, if you place an order with BleeqUp using a credit card or other financing method, we use payment processors to handle transaction-related information. We may also share information with other companies and organizations to prevent credit fraud and reduce risk. Vendors and other parties may act as our service providers or, in some cases, independently determine how to process your information. We may disclose information to vendors and other parties related to targeted advertising, measuring and improving our services and advertising effectiveness, and enabling other enhanced features.

Business Transfers. Your information may be disclosed as part of or in connection with corporate investments, mergers, sales or acquisitions of company assets, or in bankruptcy, insolvency, or receivership proceedings, where such information is treated as one of BleeqUps business assets.

Security, Legal Compliance, and Fraud Prevention. We may disclose your information as we deem necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request. We may also share your information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities (including suspected fraud), or as otherwise required by law. We may also share your information to protect the rights, property, life, health, safety, and security of ourselves, this service, or any individual or group.

Consent. We may share your information for any other business or commercial purposes disclosed to you and with your consent.

Without limiting the foregoing, we may at our discretion share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you with other parties or affiliates for any purpose, except where prohibited by applicable law. Children

BleeqUp does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If BleeqUp does collect such information, we will strictly comply with the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that BleeqUp has collected such information in a manner not permitted by COPPA, please contact us as described in the Contact Ussection below, and we will delete such data in accordance with COPPA requirements. Additionally, we do not sell the personal information of California residents under the age of sixteen (16).

Other Parties

Other Party Websites And Services

Our services may provide links to websites, locations, platforms, and services operated and owned by third parties, which are not controlled by us and are not governed by this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you review the privacy policies posted on those (and all) websites and services. Non-affiliated websites and services may use tracking technologies to independently collect information about you and may request information from you. Information collected and stored by otherswhether through our services or their own services or social features (as defined below)is subject to their own policies and practices, including the information they share with us, your rights and choices on their services and devices, and whether they store information in the United States or elsewhere. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with and review their privacy policies and terms of use.

Social Features

We may allow you to connect our services to other websites or provide our services through third-party services (Social Features). If you use Social Features, both we and the respective owners or operators of those Social Features may access and use information related to your use of those Social Features, so you should carefully review their privacy policies and terms of use. Some examples of Social Features include:

Likes and Shares. We may embed pixels or SDKs in our services that allow you to likeor sharecontent from your BleeqUp account via other websites or services, including social networks like Facebook and Twitter. If you choose to interact with social networks through our services, we may collect any information that you have authorized those social networks to share with us (such as your user ID, billing information, public profile information, email address, birthday, friend lists, and other account and profile data). Likewise, if you choose to interact with other websites or services through our services, or access our services while logged into a third-party service, that third party may receive information about your activities on our services and be able to associate that information with what they already know about you.

 Brand Pages. We may offer our content on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. Any information you provide to us when interacting with our content (for example, via our brand pages or Facebook Messenger) will be handled according to this Privacy Policy. Additionally, if you publicly reference our services on other websites or services (including social networks), such as using hashtags related to BleeqUp in tweets or posts, we may use your references within or in connection with our services.

 Analytics and Interest-Based Advertising

Our services include tracking technologies owned and operated by vendors and other third parties. For example, we use tracking technologies from analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) to help us analyze your use of the services, compile statistical reports on service activity, and provide us with other services related to service activity and internet usage. We also work with advertising delivery services, advertisers, and other parties to deliver ads on this service and/or other websites and services. These third parties may use tracking technologies on our services (including in emails and advertisements) as well as on other websites and services to track your activities across different times and services, in order to associate the devices you use and to deliver relevant ads and/or other content to you after you leave our services, through our services and other partiesservices or devices (interest-based advertising).

 We may serve ads on other websites and services aimed at reaching users who have visited our services or who are identified in one or more of our databases (or similar users) (matched ads). We upload customer lists to other parties or integrate other partiespixels into our own services, with those parties matching common identifiers between our data and theirs. For example, we integrate the Facebook pixel in our services and may share your email address with Facebook when using Facebook Custom Audiences.

As noted above, vendors and other parties may act as our service providers or, in some cases, independently determine how to handle your information. Your Rights and Choices

Review and Update of Account Information

You can access, update, or delete certain account information that you voluntarily submit to us through the Service. If you wish to update or modify the information in your account, you may do so through your account or contact us as described in the Contact Ussection below. We may require you to provide additional information to verify your identity. Please note that we will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Tracking Technology Choices

Cookies and Pixels. If your browser allows, you can refuse our cookies at any time. Most browsers let you reject cookies by enabling settings that allow you to block all or some cookies. If you use multiple browsers on your device, you will need to configure each browser separately. Your ability to restrict cookies depends on your browser settings and limitations. You can learn more about cookies and how to refuse them at about.cookies.org.

Do Not Track. Your browser settings may allow you to automatically send a Do Not Tracksignal to the online services you visit. However, please note that there is no industry consensus on how websites and app operators should respond to these signals. Analytics and Interest-Based Advertising

You can opt out of Google Analytics using your data through cookies by visiting tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and downloading the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Some other parties also participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising and collect information about you through this Service to provide you with more relevant ads. Please note that unsubscribing from BleeqUps promotional communications will not affect non-promotional communications between us, including those related to your account, orders placed with BleeqUp, or our ongoing business relationship.

 Data Security

We implement and maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, despite these measures, transmission over the Internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

This is our complete and exclusive Privacy Policy, which supersedes any earlier versions. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices and services, and we reserve the right to make such updates at any time. Upon revision, we will update the Effective Dateon this page, and any changes will take effect immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy. These additional disclosures for California residents apply only to individuals who reside in California. The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) provides additional rights to know, delete and opt out, and requires businesses collecting or disclosing personal information to provide notices and means to exercise rights.

California Notice Of Collection

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information as listed in the CCPA:

Identifiers, such as your name, email address, phone number, account name, IP address, and IDs or numbers assigned to your account.

Customer records, such as billing and shipping addresses, as well as credit or debit card data.

Right To Know And Delete

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request the deletion of personal information we have collected about you and to know how we have processed your data in the past 12 months. Specifically, you have the right to request:

 The categories of your personal information that we have disclosed or sold for business purposes;

 To exercise these rights, please submit a request through our online form or send an email to info@bleequp.com Please clearly specify the rights you wish to exercise and the scope of your request. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 days. We may need you to provide certain information to help us verify your identity and process your request. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may deny your request for information or deletion.

 Authorized Agent

You can designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. However, we will require written proof of the agents permission to do so and verify your identity directly.

Right To Non-Discrimination

You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of any your rights.

Postings

Any California resident under the age of eighteen (18) who has registered to use the Service and posted content or information on the Service may request the removal of such content or information by sending an email to the address listed in the Contact Ussection below. The request must state that the content or information was posted by the user personally and specify the exact location where it was posted. We will make reasonable and good faith efforts to remove the post from potential public view. BleeqUp does not sell your personal information.

Data Controller

The EU data protection laws distinguish between organizations that process personal data for their own purposes (referred to as controllers) and organizations that process personal data on behalf of other organizations (referred to as processors). BleeqUp (address provided in the Contact Ussection above) is the controller of the information you provide through the Service.
