When reaching out, please include your order number, model number (SKU), serial number, a video (if available), app version (if required), and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you more efficiently.
BleeqUp products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from BleeqUp or its authorized resellers. If a product is found to be defective and is still under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer (please note that all lenses are not covered).
For warranty claims made within the first year from the date of receipt (valid proof of purchase required), BleeqUp will cover both inbound and outbound shipping costs. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or repairs, accidents, negligence, normal wear and tear, or improper use. BleeqUp is also not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during inbound shipping.
Returns and refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase or delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and gifts included; the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
