Yes, BleeqUp Ranger supports global shipping, with the exception of some remote areas.
How much does shipping cost? Are taxes included in the price?
Shipping costs vary by region and will be shown at checkout. All customs duties are already included in your purchase price. The only exception is VAT for European countries, which may be collected separately upon delivery according to local regulations.
What is the warranty policy?
We provide a 12-month limited warranty for the product(s), effective from the date of receipt, upon presenting valid proof of purchase. If the product(s) are found to have defects or malfunctions, we will repair or replace them, or update the software or services to ensure proper functionality under the warranty.
Can i use BleeqUp Ranger glasses if i need RX lenses?
Yes, every Ranger purchase includes a free RX lens insert (RX lenses not included). You can take the insert to your optician, and they’ll fit lenses customized to your prescription.
Do the audio speakers use bone conduction?
No, Ranger features full open-ear speakers, so there’s no pressure on your cheeks, making it super comfortable to wear. And our speaker system is uniquely designed with 4 high-definition speakers for an immersive audio experience.
Do i have to use Ranger with my phone nearby?
No, you can take photos, record videos, and mark highlights without your phone. However, to access all features, a connection to your phone is required. Bluetooth is required for audio functions, and the glasses' Wi-Fi is used for file access and management.
Does Ranger have a head-up display(HUD)?
Ranger doesn't have a head-up display because it’s designed to enhance your sports experience in a different way, like offering an AI camera and premium audio without compromising protection.
